Terms of Service
Effective July 2, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and AI-nhancement LLC, the maker of NeuroMia. They govern your use of NeuroMia — the Mia application you install on your computer, the ai-nhanced.com website, and the connected services (voice, telephony, and messaging) provided with an active subscription. By using NeuroMia you agree to them.
What NeuroMia is
NeuroMia is a personal AI companion for one person and one household. The application runs on your computer; your subscription pays for the connected services that give Mia her voice and phone line — speech processing, language-model usage, telephony and messaging, and our relay infrastructure — plus updates and support.
Your subscription
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (and able to form a binding contract) to subscribe. The account holder is responsible for how their household uses Mia, including setting her up for a loved one.
- Price. Mia — Home is $89.99 per month; Mia — Elder is $139.99 per month. The current prices are always shown on the subscribe page and at checkout.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month, at your plan's price, until you cancel. There is no contract and no minimum term.
- Refunds. When you cancel, your paid period runs to the end of its billing cycle and simply doesn't renew — we don't pro-rate or refund partial months. Billing mistakes are different: if we ever charge you in error, tell us and we make it right.
- Price changes. If a plan's price ever changes, existing subscribers keep their current price until we've given at least 30 days' notice by email to the address on the account. Continuing past the effective date accepts the new price; canceling before it means you never pay it.
- Promotional pricing. A promo or first-households code applies for the period stated when you redeem it; after that, the subscription renews at the regular plan price. Codes may expire or be limited in number.
- Subscriptions bill monthly in advance at a flat price and include a generous fair-use allowance of voice conversation hours — more than a household uses in normal life. If your household is consistently running past it, we will reach out and talk it through with you first. We never bill anything beyond your flat subscription price automatically — any additional arrangement only ever happens with your explicit agreement.
- You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. To cancel: email mia@contact.ai-nhanced.com from the email address you used at checkout, with the subject "Cancel my subscription." We confirm by reply within one business day, you will not be billed again, and no further steps are required of you.
- If your subscription ends, Mia loses her voice — not her memory. Connected services stop, but every memory file remains on your computer, readable and yours. Resubscribe and she picks up where you left off.
Your data, your machine
Mia's memories and your records are stored on your computer and are your property and your responsibility. We recommend you include them in your normal backups. Because we never possess them, we cannot recover them for you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use NeuroMia to violate law, to harass or harm others, to send unsolicited messages, or to attempt to access other people's information. One license covers one household; reselling or operating Mia as a service for others requires a separate agreement.
Text messaging terms
By enrolling in the NeuroMia messaging program (operated by AI-nhancement LLC) you agree to receive recurring text messages from your Mia assistant at the mobile number you provided during setup.
- Message frequency varies based on your use and the reminders and alerts you configure.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status with one final message, and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-enroll.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to mia@contact.ai-nhanced.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Important limitations — please read
- Mia is not an emergency service. She cannot call 911. In an emergency, contact emergency services directly.
- Mia is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Reminders (for example, medication reminders you set) are a convenience, not a substitute for professional care or your own judgment, and may be delayed or missed if networks, carriers, or your computer are unavailable.
- Mia is an AI system: she can be wrong. Verify anything consequential.
Service and availability
Connected services depend on your internet connection, your computer being on, and third-party carriers and providers; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the application to keep it secure and working, and we may suspend service for non-payment or violation of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
NeuroMia is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, talk to us first: write mia@contact.ai-nhanced.com and we will work in good faith to resolve it — most things are a conversation, not a case. Any dispute we can't resolve together will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, and both sides consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to account holders by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
