Privacy Policy

Effective July 12, 2026

NeuroMia — a product of AI-nhancement LLC ("we," "us") — makes Mia, a personal AI companion that runs on your own computer. This policy explains what information we handle, what we deliberately do not handle, and your choices. It applies to ai-nhanced.com, the NeuroMia application, and the NeuroMia messaging program.

The short version

Everything Mia keeps — her memories of you, your conversations, your personal records — lives on your own computer, in your home. They are stored as files on your disk. We do not host them, we do not have access to them, and we cannot read them. The live moment is the one honest exception: while you're actually talking or texting with her, that audio and text passes through the speech and language engines that give her a voice (named below), the way a phone call rides the phone company's wires — processed in the moment, stored by us nowhere. This is not a policy promise that could quietly change — it is how the product is built.

Information we do collect

Information we do not collect

Service providers

To make Mia work in real time, audio and message content passes transiently through infrastructure providers under contract: speech and voice-agent processing (Deepgram), language-model processing (Google), and telephony/messaging carriage (Twilio). Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, and the emails we send you — your welcome email with Mia's license, and replies from our own inbox — are delivered through Resend. These providers process data to deliver the service, not to build profiles of you, and are bound by their own data-processing agreements. Long-term storage of your conversations happens in exactly one place: your computer — with one exception you control, described next.

Memory backups, emailed to you

Mia can back up her memory — on a weekly schedule and whenever you ask — by zipping the files and emailing the zip to your own inbox, from your own machine, using your own connected email account. The backup goes to you and only to you; we never receive a copy and cannot read it. Like any email, it transits your mail provider and lives in your mailbox under that provider's terms — so a backup is only as private as the inbox you send it to. You can decline or delete backups at any time; they exist so that a dead hard drive never costs Mia her memory of your life.

SMS / text-messaging privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or obtained by, any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent status with any third party. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are used only to operate the NeuroMia messaging program you enrolled in.

Your phone number and messaging opt-in are used solely to deliver the NeuroMia messaging program you enrolled in — replies from your own Mia and the reminders and alerts you asked her for. Message frequency varies based on your use. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. See the SMS / Messaging Policy and our Terms of Service for full program terms.

Data retention and deletion

Account and billing records are kept while your subscription is active and as required for tax and accounting afterward. Your Mia's memories are yours: they remain on your computer regardless of subscription status, and deleting them is as simple as deleting the files — no request to us required, because we never had them.

Your rights over the data we do hold

For the account and subscription records above — the little we hold — you can ask us at any time what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: write mia@contact.ai-nhanced.com from your account email and we answer within 30 days. On deletion we remove everything we lawfully can right away; records that tax and accounting rules require us to keep are deleted when that clock runs out. Payment records held by Stripe follow Stripe's privacy policy.

Age

Subscribing to NeuroMia requires being at least 18 years old — it is a paid service contracted by an adult, built for households, from busy parents to elders. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them; what family members say to Mia at home stays, like all of her memory, on the household's own computer.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email.
