About the program

NeuroMia's messaging program lets you text with Mia — your own personal AI companion running on your own computer — and lets Mia send you the messages you asked her for: replies to your texts, reminders you set (appointments, medications, tasks), and household alerts you configured. On your word, Mia can also pass reminders and messages to family or work contacts you register — each of whom must first opt in themselves.

Opt-in

The account holder enrolls by entering their own mobile number into Mia's profile, in her dashboard on their own computer (or during their personal setup call), and by doing so expressly agrees to receive messages from their Mia. Registered household or work contacts are messaged only after they confirm with their own YES reply to a single enrollment text — replying STOP (or not replying) means they are not messaged. Mia sends no marketing and no bulk messages, and never texts anyone who didn't say yes. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Example messages

Typical messages from a household's Mia look like:

• "Reminder: Dr. Patel tomorrow at 10am. You wanted to leave by 9:30."
• "Hi - this is Mia, Sam's assistant. Sam added you so I can pass along reminders and messages. Reply YES to confirm, or STOP to opt out."
• "From Sam: dinner's at six. (Reply STOP to opt out.)"

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your use — typically your own conversations plus the reminders and alerts you set. Recurring messages continue until you opt out.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opt-out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact mia@contact.ai-nhanced.com.
• Reply START to re-enroll after opting out.

Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in consent are used only to operate this program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Carriers

Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on text messages for emergencies or time-critical medical needs.
